Dear Sawyersville Church & Friends,
After a season of fruitful ministry that we will always cherish, Dawn and I are preparing to say goodbye, as we believe God is leading us to new harvest fields of service. We want to thank this church family from the bottom of our hearts for your love, your strength, and for the privilege of serving you. We walk away with love and deep gratitude for all the wonderful moments of fellowship & ministry we have shared together.
As we step forward into this next chapter, our hearts are full of clarity and steady purpose for the future. It will be a true blessing to have D.S. Tim Jones come in to help following our departure on September 30th, and we are so proud of our 27-year-old Assistant Pastor, Josh Tipton as he steps into new opportunities to preach, teach, and serve, especially as he and Makala prepare to welcome a new baby! We leave with unwavering love, wishing only the absolute best for this church. Also, we ask that you keep Dawn and me in your prayers as we seek our next ministry step, as we will certainly be keeping you in ours.
